for Drug Development

About Us
Our projects aim at exploring: how the dietary or therapeutic interventions reshape the gut microbiota and affect the host physiology or disease status (e.g. obesity or cancer) ; how can we monitor and modulate human health risk factors such as antimicrobial resistance by studying the nexus where humans interact with the environmental microbial world.

We are interested in developing mathematical models and using computational skills for multi-omics, structural and phenotypic data to understand the intrinsic nature of the biological processes and dynamics, especially in the field of health-related microbiome and drug development.

Using the structural biology, big data mining and machine learning methods to develop novel drugs are also our interest.
